RuzinCompany

AI automation consulting · Finland & Europe

Find where AI could help your team first.

Finland-based RuzinCompany Oy works in English with business owners and team leads in Finland and across Europe. You do not need a chosen tool or project brief: we review repeated tasks and help you decide what to test first.

Help me find where to start

Start with a description of your team. No files or customer data.

What you receive

A decision your team can act on.

A map of the work

The recurring tasks, tools, handoffs and bottlenecks discussed with your team, including what is still unknown.

A shortlist with reasons

Candidates for AI, ordinary automation or process improvement, compared by effort, access, review needs and the consequences of errors.

A first-project brief

The proposed input, output, owner, boundaries and examples needed to test one candidate. If no candidate is ready, a preparation plan instead.

A decision on the next step

What to measure, what to resolve and whether to move into workflow validation. Implementation is scoped and quoted separately.

Inspect a first-project example

From a quote request to a reviewed draft.

For a sales team that retypes incoming requests, a bounded first project might extract the requested items, check delivery details and prepare a record for review. Pricing and sending the quote can remain outside the pilot.

See the checks before proposing your own

Our reference implementation covers a complete request, missing information, duplicates, uncertain extraction and a destination failure. The five cases use synthetic data; they demonstrate control flow, not customer savings or AI accuracy.

Inspect the five reference cases

We first check whether a simpler rule or an existing tool would meet your needs. Access, data handling and integrations are agreed for each project.

How the assessment works

Begin with the work you already do.

Useful starting points include shared inboxes, repeated document entry and finding answers in company material. You do not need to know whether AI is the right solution yet.

  1. Describe a working week

Start with the tasks that involve repeated copying, searching, checking or chasing. We discuss who does them and what slows them down.

  2. Compare the options

Separate problems that need clearer ownership or simple rules from those where interpreting varied messages or documents may help.

  3. Choose a testable next step

Agree on a bounded candidate and evidence needed before a build, or document why preparation should come first.

Before we speak

Bring context, not a finished specification.

  • What your team does and where work gets delayed.
  • The tools you use today; no account access is needed for the first discussion.
  • Rough frequency and handling time, if known. Unknown is a valid starting point.
  • The people who own the work and the change you would like to see.

Scope, timing and pricing

The assessment is a paid, scoped engagement. We agree the teams and tasks to review, deliverables, schedule and fixed fee before work begins. The initial inquiry does not commit you to an assessment or build.

What comes after?

If there is a promising candidate, a workflow validation sprint can examine examples and integrations before a separately quoted pilot. There is no requirement to commission implementation.

This assessment does not include a production integration, a compliance certification or an enterprise-wide transformation programme. Savings remain estimates until measured.

It is fine to say you do not know where to start. Describe the work, tools or bottlenecks you know about, and we can discuss whether an assessment would help.
